Coach Bray was born Feb 4, 1975 in Chicago, IL. He has been involved in wrestling since 7th grade (1987). He went to High School in Romulus, MI and graduated from Crockett County, TN in 1993. He played football, wrestling, and baseball in high school. Because his school didn't have a team, he wrestled as an idependent his senior year of high school.
Coach Bray got his BS Degree in Education from Tennessee Tech University in 1998. While at TTU he was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha (as is Tony Bradley). He coached at Ridgeway High School for 7 years and started the team from scratch. He left Ridgeway with a 132-67 record, 2 state finalists, 7 state placers, and 9 region champions.
At Houston he coaches football along with wrestling.
